Not gaining weight I am just scared of eating carbs because I used to be extremely over weight and now I’m scared to eat carbs and fatty foods and it’s effecting my health and I work out 6 to 7 days a week 5 to 6 days of cardio mixed in with 45 minutes of weight training. I don’t know what to do with my life

Have things settled down since the tornado hit? The way you are feeling may be a misplaced stress response. Did the kidney, etc. issues get straightened out? Fear of returning to a previous fat level can be a good thing if you can convert it to commitment instead of an overwhelming emotion. Most of us struggle with the maintenance phase.

Everything has settled since the tornado hit things getting back to normal slowly. My kidneys are ok maybe to make protein intake since I’m a female.
