Ok - I gained a couple pounds !!!! Yuck - But, to be completely honest I wasn't following my plan at all!!! I attended my first weight watchers meeting last night... I am now more motivated. I have to do this !!!!! I know I CANNOT do this alone and could use all the support I can get !! This week is going to be a much better week!!!! Just hit a bump in the road which I am sure there will be plenty more !! This is a lifetime change not just a quick fix !!!
