Still yoyoing around the same 5-6lbs man. This was never hard like this before. I work out my deficit for the month is 8.5lbs and I am practically the same weight I was on 2 March . There you go it isn't straightforward logic in the slightest. We shall keep going and try not to loose motivation . Despite the deprivations and no results coming through man oh man.
