It's certainly been a tough couple of weeks, and the increase was not unexpected. HOWEVER - today starts a new day, and a new plan... a review of the OLD!
I am going to be going back thru old journals. Old info, old posts, old advice...
And I am going to be making new commitments to reaching my original 140 goal.

You have always been successful at any goal you set your mind too so I am quite certain that you will have those few pounds off in no time. Not easy to worry about weight when it is the least of your worries but congrats on the focus. And you have that lovely dress for the wedding as a goal too.

You can absolutely do this, Paula! You've shown that you know what you need to do to lose weight, having lost a whole lot more than 10 pounds! Even in the midst of the issues swirling around you, you have the strength to focus on your WOE. I have faith in you. Many hugs....
