No workout this past week. Struggling with some personal, family issues. Not too sure about today either but I hope to get back at it tomorrow. I still lost some weight so that is good. I was not following my diet very strictly but this week I will be. I am hoping things will get better over the next month. I dislike December because of all the temptations every where. You walk into the grocery and they have displays of chocolate and other tempting things just every where. January cannot come soon enough for me.
