Going to try 'tracking' my foods again for a season. Just curious really, as I haven't been doing that for quite some time. Perhaps my auto pilot needs a 'check up'. Only one way to find out how true I am really being to myself...and that's to add it all up, and keep it real.
Haven't faultered or made bad choices. Just keeping my eye on making sure 'habits' that aren't good for me, don't develop while I am not looking.
Outside of that...life is good. Going shopping today for daughter's Bridal Shower. Looking for some items for the decorations/linens, etc.

I would love to go shopping for things like that...of course, craft-type stores are among my favorite places to shop - LOL! Anyway, enjoy the day and enjoy this part of your life and your daughter's.
