I am absolutely thrilled with my weight-loss this week - 3lbs!!!! I honsetly don't know how that happened, cos I have eaten a little more this week (still within my limits tho) than I have for a few weeks now. I was convinced I was going to be the same when I got on the scales this morning, so it was a lovely surprise when I had such a good loss. I hope I can keep it up - only 5.5lbs to go now!! :)
