A great day again - stayed within all my limits and spent 90mins circuit training at the gym and 1hr digging the garden, cos it was lovely and sunny again. Hope the weather is good again tomorrow afternoon, cos I plan to go to the gym in the morning, have a dancing lesson at lunchtime and then go back in the garden and dig in all the fertiliser in the afternoon - want to grow lots of lovely fresh, nutritious fruits and veggies this year! :)

I know, same here! I ricochet between 128-130 and have been for the past month. Its very unmotivating. Going to try the zig-zag method (low calories for most days, a couple of higher calories alternatively.) It seems to work, but I've had to add more exercise to my routine for sure!!
