My husband has lost 12 pounds since I started dieting and he hasn't done anything different other than eating the healthy meals I prepare. My son who is 12 says that when he comes for the summer next year he hopes to lose some weight also. He is 150 and 5' tall. I look forward to helping him get in shape for football.
