got up this moring and worked out on the Wii for an hour again. Did some research last night on carbs. Still confused. Trying to learn about good carbs and bad carbs. My ratio is wayyyy out of proportion for the Challenge I joined that starts this week. I am supposed to keep it at 50% carbs 30% protein and 20% fat. I don't eat enough fat to get 20% and I eat a lot of beans which increases my carbs. So confused.
