It became extremely difficult for us to do our day-to-day activity in severe cold weather like we are facing in North India.
But here are some points which is helping me to maintain my diet and overall nutrition.
1. Don't skip gym session. Try to go to gym atleat for 30-45 min.
2. Prepare your protein meal in batches for one week. In this way you will not compromise with your protein intake.
3. Try to become a skillfull eater. You will learn this skill by using kitchen weighing scale for atleast 3-4 weeks.
4. Don't eat untill you really hungry. Try to incorprate IF or OMAD if you body allows you.
5. Don't do any snacking with your tea and coffee, because in weather like this we use to have frequent tea and coffee.

I hope these points will atleast help us to maintain our current physique.
