Measure all the food item on kitchen weighing scale and ebter the same amount in this app like 100gm of Chicken, 2 roti, 1tsp oil etc. This will show you estimated amount of calories.
This exercise you have repeat for few weeks and then you will start having an idea that which is having how much of calories. And after few weeks you can have your meals without measuring it on kitchen scale.

nakpro gold whey protein good or bad

@chethanr:- I don't have idea about nakpro, you can check on youtube if anyone have tested the nutritional fact in any lab.
otherwise you can go for QNT sports whey protein. specially the kesar kaju pista flavour.

@chethanr Not sure about Nakpro but you can try XLR8 Whey Concentrate. It's pretty reasonable and effective.
