Getting my MOJO back bit by bit. Wish the scales reflected my efforts a little better, but I feel GREAT! It's been a good week. Lots of walks and lots of wildlife (a darn Mt Goat last night...who woulda thunk it). More productive and more enjoyment at work. I'm ready for the next 7 days and hope the scale treats me better. Maybe if I wasn't such a scale slut (weigh every am) my losses would seem more significant. Just don't know if I can stay off for a whole week.
