Congratulations, and keep going. But...resist temptation to check the scale more than....necessary. When you look in the mirror, and say wow slim, and when you feel so well and are able to move about easily, then you can really smile. And may it happen very soon. 

Congrat's on a very, VERY nice drop! That's FIVE pounds down in just 2 weeks. I know there's more to life than a scale number and all that but......it's a great feeling, isn't it? Enjoy the ride!!! 

Just trying to remain focused. I am thrilled with 2 lbs in a week. It's primarly just been through 'food/eating' - as the exercise piece (while I've been busy) hasn't been any kind of set workouts or anything. Just riding the wave!!!

Super down 2! I'm still holding my own, but starting Advocare 24 day challenge Saturday. It is kind of like low carb but adds more vegies and fruits also. More of a well rounded program. Plus some supplements and energy drink. I have a couple friends that are on the program so it is nice to have someone close I can use as a buddy. I think I need that right in front of my face now :-) My packet comes in tomorrow and I'll start Saturday. It is mostly eating fresh and clean. Yes you should be thrilled about 2# in a week. I really hope I can get back to that point. As I've gotten older it seems my metabolism has become at a stand still and I can't stand for that!
