Progress and commitment, it’s weekend again how to not let it slip again.
Just this combined small weight loss has already resulted in my pants sagging a bit - these were altered after the previous weight loss wins. So here’s to continued losses and getting to my min goals first
85 and under 80 and under 75 and under - I don’t mind being between 80-75 being well toned , I was never skinny so my focus is healthy.
