I was getting discouraged because I've been doing Insanity for 3 weeks now and my weight only changed in that first week. Put on a pair of jeans I haven't worn in a while though yesterday and could button them no problem. And a shirt that was tight on me is baggy now. So my body is changing, but my weight isn't. It doesn't make sense, but I'll take what I can get.
I just literally have to kick my ass every chance that I get so that I can help my brother do this Tough Mudder in June.
