Another pound gone. What's worked for me is upping my fiber, I never realized how low that was every day (10-12g). So I take a fiber supplement to get it up to the recommended 25-30g per day. It has side effects lol, but hopefully my body will adjust and quit being embarrassing. Also, eating every three hours I believe has kick started my metabolism. Those are the two things I've changed in the past 5 weeks and I've lost 6 pounds, where I was stuck for months before.
