I suppose I’ve put on muscle. I must remember that the number on the scale isn’t as important as everything else I’m doing. My body shape is changing drastically and I fee fantastic every day and healthy as ever! No more back pain or any other pain for that matter. I am a major advocate for medical cannabis and a huge discouraged of taking any over the counter meds or prescriptions. I think eating healthy and natural foods is the only way to go. This little increase doesn’t phase me at all, I know I’m doing everything right. Must keep persevering!!!
