What a great middle of the week! I hope everyone is kicking ass with attention to their consumption and their physical activity! Keep up the great work! This isn’t a task, this is a lifestyle! Throw yourself in and give it your best! You got this 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 I’m 20 lbs down in 5 weeks! I’m not dieting, I am however, eating clean, non processed, whole foods, with proper proportioning and maybe meals per day. As many as seven small meals per day. I don’t feel like I’m starving myself not am I feeling deficient in nutrients or anything else for that matter. Gym life every day is crucial. I spent 2 to 3 hours each day, doing a variety of Cardio and resistance / Wright training. I don’t take days off unless I need them. It is very important to listen to your body, when it tells you to take a breaK, you take a break! No need for injuries while trying to pursue good health. I just wanted to add that, everyone can live healthier, no matter your age or size or gender. Just commit and follow through, it won’t take long to see results and when you do, it will be the motivating factor that will drive you further along your goal. Wishing all of you the best of luck!!!
