I am 28 years old and I live in Corvallis, Oregon. I moved out here about eight years ago, and I love it. Somehow even though I live in one of the most active towns around, I have gotten totally out of shape. I have three dogs that would love to get out with me, and I am trying to make it my goal to exercise for 30 min a day, every day.
