Im back ..... Gained 6 kg but im back

So much happening in my life , not trying to make excuses but a failing marriage losing most my hair and looking like a man more each day had me glued to the fridge for comfort

This weight gain is purely because of adding bread and other starches to my diet .

BUT OKAY IM BACK !!! THAT IS WHAT MATTERS .

Goal is 5Kg for 25 April 2018. Who's with me !!!

Lose the bread ye.. add more veggies (that in itself helps already). Cooked or roasted veg and chicken. It doesn't need to be tasteless (roast veggies in pan with salt and pepper and balsamic vinegar... you can add a marinade to the chicken too and roast it). I was amazed too...
