Ok the new challenges start tomorrow. I will do my best to stick to everything along with my challenges, but the carbs at 50% is a little difficult with me eating fruit now. I ate at Ihop with the family today and could have eaten off the healthy menu, as I have seen others do, but this weekend has been pretty much a lost cause all the way around lol. Time to crack the whip!
