Ok so normal eating healthy is not working for me. I think I have to stop being in denial. I have PCOS and I need to stop eating carbs PERIOD !!!!! ok so im starting with Banting . what is your take on Banting diet ? ha any one had great success on it

i eat high fat low carb medium protein. Ive lost quite a bit. Drink anywhere from 6-10 glasses water daily. i dont like weighing myself. i just go on my pants size. If it still fits good im good to go. i eat an avo daily and also alot of real butter. "butter makes your pants fall off." look at that on you tube. 😊

YanaD8 I have PCOS too. It’s a daily battle, but we can beat the weight! Essentially NO gluten, only good carbs, no sugar, max 2 fruit a day. Eat all your meals. No preservatives in and processed foods. Drink 2tbs organic raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water in the morning on empty stomach. It tastes vile, but it does help! Flax/lin seed ( I have it in morning with futurelife). It takes discipline, but this year got my head right and lost just under 8kg from 26 Jan. Unfortunately with PCOS you cannot expect to lose weight super fast, it’s a process... Do yourself a favor and read up as much as you can about PCOS, hormone imbalance, etc and do what works for you and your body. Good luck, you can do it!!
