I am happy. My family is complete again,for a while at least(as long as spring break is on). My oldest son came home from college and it never fails to amaze me to realize that he is a grown man.For all of you young wipper-snappers it will happen to you too when your kids go to college. Anyway I am enjoying having a big dinner table and friendly teasing and lots of laughter. The boys are so supportive with my weight loss efforts and I always have someone walking with me through the neigborhood.

Thanks Christy! So happy to have a friend like you! Phil said he could really tell in my face and some around my hips. It's motivating to keep one going - you know the thing is that the eating part is not even that hard anymore - the exercise now that is a different story haha
