I didn't want to update my weigh. Big mouth that cant stick to a diet...Boo whoo feel so sorry for myself . Im not losing weigh because I pig out at night and over weekends. No one to blame besides me !!!!

I agree with big boy, I also couldn’t stick to a diet till I found something that worked for me then since 3 months ago I have lost 16 kg

Don't give up YanaD8 - there are tons of diets/lifestyles that allow a balance than all deprivation/elimination of certain foods. BBO& Padineo are so right - find what works for you. you can do this - take it one day at a time

I think you can also try to incorporate some 20 min exercise like walking daily, just to make this a lifestyle. I also use dark chocolate to kill my appetite,it really works for me. I buy the 99%. some people say, it's an acquired taste, but for me, that things is simple tasteless...but works magic. it has low calories as well. we will win this weight battle.

I find it helpful to brush my teeth after I eat dinner and sometimes chew suger free gum. It helps to kill the cravings. I also try to take a long bath and treat myself with pampering then you feel good and it keeps your mind busy
