I need help.
Not sure what to do next. A definite trend toward losing only 10 pounds/month and I need more. I need to lose 70 more pounds and I want it off by early Spring. Somebody please look at my foods, percentages, and and calorie levels over time. I'm eating more fat, but it's mostly NUTS (and mostly almonds and peanuts) in protein bars. I'm afraid to take my calorie limits lower OR higher. Don't think at this point going off diet for a day helps either. How much calorie range can I do without making a metabolic stasis? Will 950 to 1050 work? Is it enough? Can anyone help with this?
