Just when I think things are going to get back on track I have another shitty week. Only was able to work out one day this week. I had so much running around to do. I am actually looking forward to winter this year as I don't go out as much in the winter and then I can get back on track. Next week right now is not looking for good either. I have four appointments next week. I have to get back on track. I am starting to feel like crap again and I hate that. When I was working out almost everyday I felt great. I want to get back to that feeling again.
