My first failure today since I started my diet - I went to a family birthday party and was fine at the pub, counting in my drinks and everything, but then we all went back to my auntie's house and she had done foodie nibbles and a birthday cake, so I had a few crisps, a little cheese, french stick with butter and a few sweets there and completely let myself down - but I think I needed it, as I've been on my diet for 12weeks now and I haven't had even one day when I've gone over my calorie and fat allowance for the day. But back on the wagon tomorrow with renewed determination to lose those last few pounds! :)
