Went on power walk with my husband tonight. Jogged every other block. Was a great work out but...I wanna CRY!! In the gym when I run on the treadmill and just do my work-out, I wear my earbuds and listen to my Ipod. Tonight without my Ipod I listened to my stomach hitting my upper legs. It was awfull!! It was embaressing and humiliating. It was also motivating. I need to get that sound to stop. There are two ways I can do that. Always wear my earbuds and listen to my Ipod OR keep working out and lose the noisy stomach. For awhile, I may need to do both. The sound of flapping fat is very disturbing. This experience has made me more determined. After yesturdays flattery this has brought me right back to reality. I have work yet to do. I can't get that sound out of my head but I wanna do it again tomorrow night. Clearly, I need to. Never appreciated before how valuable my little Ipod is til now. Still, it was a great lesson that I needed. I think in the long run it will be a good thing that this happened but I can't wait til it stops. Will keep you posted. This will take some time so be patient with me.
