Ok, I am a slow learner but I think I've finually got this thing figured out. Going to the gym in the mornings. Simple idea right?! I tried it once about two months ago but was't quite awake for a work out. It is working out fabulous now. Had been going around 1pm. The crowds were smaller. But...I had to change into workout clothes when I got there, change back before leaving and go back to work a smelly, sweaty mess. Only got to workout about an hour then with changing clothes twice, I didn't have time too to shower. Gross!! Now, I can go there in my workout clothes, workout for about an hour and a half, SHOWER, dress for work and off I go. Starting the day with energy and a spring in my step. Surprisingly the gym is not busy either. I am able to get in a more thorough workout and don't feel rushed cause I have to get back to work. Win Win. Had a women compliment my workout yesturday. Didn't know she was watching me. Choose not to be creeped out or embarressed just took the complement and felt good about it. Also had a women say to me yesturday, "you've lost a ton of weight! How'd you do it?" Double score. Feeling pretty good right now too. Optimistic about my weigh-in tomorrow. Life is good.
