It has been a long week or so. My Mother in law passed away a little over a week ago. Diet and exercise were the last things on my mind to be honest. I needed to be there for my wife and family. I didn't really overeat, which is what happens in the South when a relative passes away, I just didn't log eveything like usual. No weight gain is a plus. I can honestly say I am going to miss my Mother in law a great deal. We got along great and I was always willing to help here when I could. The old Mother In Law jokes really didn't apply to me. She will be missed.:(
