I'm not really discouraged, but it has been an interesting weekend. Work kept me from working out like I wanted to on Thurs, and Fri. Snow this weekend kept me housebound with the b/f. It's impossible to get anything done when he is in the house!!
I think for me instead of being discouraged, it's made me aware and determined to work out some time management where exercise and things for "me" are concerned.
I'll be weighing tomorrow and I probably won't have lost anything. No biggie. I'm working toward life changes. This is a journey, not a race.
