Carried wood into the shop today...a lot. That's up and down stairs, trekking through the snow, bending and lifting. Pretty good workout. Now I'm heading into the living room for a 2 hour Shaun T workout. Yup. That should do it for me today. Although...I'm thinking I may do about 50 situps on the exercise ball. I really need to incorporate that ball into my life everyday.
