Hey All - been doing well.. just busy. And the Induction rolls on... things are actually going smoothly. Been getting in my exercise (walking/hill climbing) at the gym, and doing my at home routine again too! ie: kitchen counter pushups, squats while I put out the dogs, etc.. Lots of Christmas stuff on tap for the weekend... hope to be on here and there to log my foods/exercise, but probably not much more than that. Hope you all have a splendid weekend! I know I am going to!!! I am planning on taking my Mom to a local Christmas Craft Fair tomorrow, and that always turns into some stocking stuffer shopping! ;) that's my favorite part !!! Much Love!
