Get a load of protein into your house! I have protein shake powder at hand for when I need something and that also helps with cravings. Good luck!

Half the battle is KNOWING your triggers. I find it helps to have a plan for when I DO start craving something. Good luck and enjoy the journey!

I find that macadamia nuts kill my hunger and cravings! They have a lot of calories b/c of good fats but you don't need a lot of them! Keep posting!!

Eat lots of protien. 40% of a woman's diet should be protien while it's 50% for me, at least this was according to my nutritionist.

Protein powder/shakes are awesome (they have come a long way) to fill that sweet tooth craving bad fill you up

Look into" Whole30" diet, it could help you with your sugar cravings.
