I missed my entry yesterday but only because I wanted to go to bed and my kids were on the computer playing. I am doing well. Back on track following the diet 100%. I feel better, sleep better, I am not really hungry, but I still want to eat the bad stuff. It is so crazy to me. I am not craving it, but rather just I think about the things I have sworn off every now and again and I am sad. Oh well. I have to want my goals more than the comfort of the food.
