I am still here...It is October and it is baking season. I love to bake (and eat). So I have decided to set up goals and rewards. I need to adhere to the diet strictly until Halloween. And on Halloween I can eat anything I want all day as a reward. Then I will be good until Thanksgiving and same deal. Maybe this will help me keep the eye on the prize. I did really good avoiding fried dough yesterday, but man did I want it!
