Running on the treadmill. Trying to switch it up from walking at 3-3.5mph to jogging/running at 4-4.5mph. I don't want my body to get used to one type of workout. I walked all summer outside with my neighbor and didn't really lose anything. I didn't get my heart rate up doing it obviously.
