Ate too much yesterday for dinner, probably not, but it feels like it. Ha, I'm arguing with myself... Today will be a low calorie day, not too low, but definitely 1000-1200. I worked out for 50 minutes too. It's all mind games I tell ya! I want to keep on losing at least a pound a week. It's hard to track calories when you have a "home made" dinner so I assume I had more calories than what was put in. It's all good, not stressing, just writing it down.
