3 steps forward, 2 steps back, seems to be the name of the game. Weigh in today at 130.8. Last week was 129.0. Week before was 132.4. I assumed I didn’t really lose 3 lbs in 6 days last week. Hoping this week is just water weight. Had a deficit every day and exercised a ton this week. So not sure what’s up. But I’m just going to keep trying.

Muscle is more dense than fat- you’re probably still losing inches and fat while building muscle. This is a good thing; the muscle is going to burn more calories even while you are inactive.

Wow we have almost identical weight and issues. I’m up,then down, then back up etc..I totally understand your frustrations! I’ll get back on track after my vacation I hope. Best of luck !

Three steps forward, two back still gets you to your goal. FS has been so liberating & empowering since I started weighing & logging every day. It reassures me that "staying the course" works. After decades of weighing weekly, the past 18 months I've been weighing daily. I no longer worry about a few days of wild fluctuations. The FS graph shows how much I fluctuate daily, but the overall trend line is down. Your's is too👏👊👍
