Ok counters complete. CHECK

They left at 7 pm and my family surprised me by deciding after me being stressed all day and accomplishing nothing myself on the reno that we would have my mini bday party. So I went a little over on calories but not even as much as yesterday. I told them no cake and so hubby let the kids pick cupcakes (single special ones from the bakery for themselves because apparently Bdays require cake and Ice cream says Ty. And I got no sugar added Outshine whole fruit pops. ALA *ice cream* say TY. The kids have sherbet.

I got a new electric can opener for the kitchen i have never owned one but my elbow and hands have made me gripe all summer using the hand opener. And 2 plastic cereal canisters because I buy the bagged cereal or huge boxes at Sam's for the kids. Apparently I am to keep them full all the time. Again Tyler's instructions as they were his gift. I also have new ceramic cookware, spoon rest, butter crock, and silicone set of spatulas, spoon, ladle and the like that will arrive tomorrow. But I got pictures of what was coming today. I should know what I am getting as they were on the Amazon Wishlist. LOL Good for something.

Tomorrow we will get back to knocking out that floor. For tonight I think I stressed myself enough for one day and I am going to go veg. I did get a bunch added finally and still have more to do. But a phone call from the contractors of this would have reduced my stress a lot poor customer service IMHO. Apparently the driver called off work and the other guy did not drive and they had to find a driver for him. 4 pm they showed and were here til 7 pm. SMH So nothing got done on the floors for 2 whole days waiting on this to be complete only half a day was expected. That was the biggest part of my frustration.

happy early birthday!!!! Glad they are done and you have an evening to de stress some. Do some stretches they are good for those tense muscles. Convince hubby to give you a back rub or at least a neck rub.
