Today was my first official weigh in under 200lbs in a very long time. I'm super excited and ready to get to my next goal of 185 by October 10th when we leave for Vegas. I've had a stressful couple of weeks and I know that slacking on the exercising made them worse. I'm make to my routine and have a much better attitude.
