So I totally overate yesterday, but I decided not to beat myself up about it and just count it as a sort of cheat day. Did much better today so far. (Happy with that.) Ordered a whole bunch of "healthy"/low cal. snacks from Yamibuy.com today, so I have better food to snack on when needed. I know hubby will probably steal some of the snacks off me, especially since I ordered spicy hot seaweed snacks and tofu "jerky." Also ordered hubby some red bean and some soy sauce bamboo shoots for days I don't feel like preparing vegetables. Can't wait for the package to arrive!
