just wanted to know guys if this app shows the correct calories for food ... as I m not going below 70 kgs.. it's been 2 weeks I m just stuck and my mind is loosing confidence 😞

Yes, it show you correct calorie.
• you have give atleast 2 months of time to yourself to check what suits your body
• like first try to create a calorie deficit with proper protein intake for atleast 2-3 weeks
• and if your weight is not goin down then then you can go for intermittent fasting by just skipping the breakfast
• and if that is also not working for you then you can go for OMAD (one meal day)
• but in all these conditions you have take care of you macro nutrition (protein, carbohydrate and fat) with proper calorie deficit.

As answered by another member as well, you will have to further create calorie deficit, as body resists and bounce back to same weight you are maintaining from a long time. Another way, is to add physical activity/exercise and consume more or less same calories. Also, keep your saturated fats under 10% of total calories and switch to olive oil, if you can. Olive oil is less processed than sunflower oil and sunflower oil contains high levels of omega-6, which can cause inflammation in the body. Hope it helps!!
