Ok, so I'm getting ready for a business trip this week on Wednesday and Thursday. I'm driving tomorrow so I will be sure to eat my breakfast at home before I leave to avoid stopping for a quick snack on the road. I'm also brining some healthy snack options for the hotel should I get hungry. LOL I have a lunch meeting and I've picked a place I know I can get a healthy option. I'm researching the local restaurants to make sure I have a plan for dinner. I picked a hotel with a fitness center to be sure I can exercise tomorrow night. Thursday we are meeting with a client for breakfast and then taking them to a minor league game for the afternoon. That's going to be the hard one. Finding healthy options as a ballpark. Well, I'll just have to make sure to avoid the saltier options. I'm sure this is going to be a no loss week, but I'm ok with that because I am back on track and still exercising. This is a journey and however long it takes...it's worth it.
So tonight my family wants to go to the Olive Garden. I've already picked the low fat/low cal options in my head and I'm not letting them give me a menu to tempt me. I realize that even if I plan ahead once I see a menu and start reading my options..I'm toast.
I did a 4 mile fast inhome walk last night. It was 50 minutes of intense walking and I loved every minute of it. Sick huh?
