I did 12 reps with 8 pound hand weights this morning. I've walks around the house some too. I'm scared. My chest feels a little heavy, but I think I'm okay. It's prolly just the chest muscles freaking out from the hand weight reps.
I just did 12 more reps. And smashed one of my fingers when putting them down. Darnit.
