This was a good week. I saw another loss on the scale so I feel like my efforts are paying off. I no longer come home from work and put on my pajamas (because they used to be the most comfy thing I could wear), but come home and do some form of exercise, either strength or cardio. Even when I'm totally stressed or ready to collapse, I don't give in to it, I use it as motivation to work out the stress. My results are starting to motivate the people around me to make some changes as well!
