I found out how to make my start weight my actual weight, lol. I just have to pretend I'm one inch taller than I actually am. Whatever works I guess. More than 9 pounds lost in a week though, that's pretty crazy. My legs are constantly swollen, but they are definitely LESS swollen than before. I am able to sit in a chair that used to really hurt my legs a week ago just fine now. That's the most noticeable difference to be honest.
