Just a suggestion…you can get frozen pink salmon for $4/lb at Walmart or Aldi…not hard to cook…defrost, add a little olive oil, season, bake at 400 to 145 degrees. You can boil or bake a real potato and increase your health factor. Even add a little butter. Add some broccoli and you’ve got a well rounded meal.
