What is the fastest rate to lose weight?

Ummm, normally that isn’t.

There no proven rate for the pace of weight loss. Everybody will lose weight according to their composition of the body. There is no set in stone number that you can consider as the rate at which you los weight.

Initially when you start losing weight, you’ll see that the rate of weight loss is fast as the amount of calories needed to manoeuvre our body and the deficit we created, that gap is more. When u start to lose weight, continuously that gap reduces and the pace of weight loss is decreased. But that doesn’t mean you’re not making progress.

But still if you want to know the fastest rate to lose weight, I would say losing 0.9%-1% of body weight per week would be considered fastest, as far as sustainability is also given. Faster than this would create unnecessary restrictions and will make you weigh loss journey harder in long term.
